Thank you for visiting and shopping at kingmansions.store! Kingmansions ships all of our orders via USPS. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times:

Our processing times are separate from the shipping times that you see at checkout.

When an order is placed we need 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  processing time. For the shipping processing time it depends on the shipping carrier.

First Class Package service typically takes between 2-3 business days and Priority Mail Express service takes 1-2 buisness days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kingmansions@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes:

kingmansions is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at kingmansions@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
