Before attempting to return, exchange, ship, mail, or otherwise send any merchandise to King Mansions, customers must first review the applicable Return, Refund, Cancellation, Shipping, and product-specific policies available through kingmansions.store.

CUSTOMERS MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL APPLICABLE KING MANSIONS POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING AND BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SEND ANY MERCHANDISE TO KING MANSIONS.

King Mansions maintains a 12-hour cancellation and refund window for eligible order cancellations. After that period, purchases are considered final sale for buyer-preference purposes, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided under another applicable King Mansions policy.

The existence of a mailing address does not mean that King Mansions accepts general returns at that address.

PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED

DO NOT SEND ANY MERCHANDISE TO KING MANSIONS WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US AND RECEIVING EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.

Before an item may be sent to King Mansions for any approved purpose, the customer must:

1. Review the applicable King Mansions policies.

2. Contact King Mansions at kingmansions@hotmail.com.

3. Provide the customer's full name, order number, and reason for requesting authorization to send the merchandise.

4. Receive confirmation from King Mansions that the merchandise has been approved to be sent.

5. Follow the shipping and packaging instructions provided by King Mansions.

Communication and authorization must occur before the merchandise is shipped.

Contacting King Mansions does not, by itself, constitute approval. The customer must receive confirmation and instructions from King Mansions before sending the merchandise.

King Mansions may provide different or additional shipping instructions depending on the circumstances. Customers must follow the instructions provided with their authorization.

UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE TREATED AS APPROVED RETURNS

An item mailed, shipped, or delivered to the King Mansions address without prior authorization will not be considered an approved return, exchange, repair, cleaning request, refund request, or other authorized service request.

Simply possessing or locating the King Mansions mailing address does not give a customer authorization to send merchandise to us.

If merchandise is sent without authorization, King Mansions is under no obligation, except where otherwise required by applicable law, to:

• Accept or process the merchandise as a return

• Issue a refund

• Provide an exchange

• Repair the merchandise

• Clean or restore the merchandise

• Replace the merchandise

• Provide another item in its place

• Pay return-shipping expenses

• Automatically ship unauthorized merchandise back to the sender

To the extent permitted by applicable law, King Mansions is not responsible for loss, delay, misdirection, damage, inability to identify, or inability to process merchandise that a customer sends without following the required authorization procedure.

CUSTOMERS WHO SHIP MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION DO SO WITHOUT AN APPROVED RETURN OR SERVICE REQUEST. KING MANSIONS CANNOT GUARANTEE THE RECEIPT, PROCESSING, STORAGE, SERVICE, OR RETURN OF UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENTS.

AUTHORIZED SHIPMENTS

If King Mansions approves an item to be sent to us, we will provide the customer with applicable instructions regarding how and where the merchandise should be shipped.

Depending on the reason for the authorized shipment and the applicable King Mansions policy, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

A prepaid return-shipping label will only be provided if King Mansions specifically confirms that one will be issued for the particular situation.

Customers should not assume that King Mansions will provide or pay for a shipping label unless that arrangement has been expressly approved.

CUSTOM COPPER JEWELRY

The same prior-authorization requirement applies to custom copper jewelry cleaning services.

Customers must receive approval from King Mansions before sending qualifying custom copper bracelets, custom copper rings, custom copper earrings, or other approved custom copper pieces for cleaning.

Rose gold-finished and rose gold-plated copper jewelry is not eligible for King Mansions' custom copper cleaning service.

Please refer to the applicable Custom Copper Jewelry Service Policy for cleaning fees, shipping responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and other conditions.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Sending merchandise without authorization does not override King Mansions' 12-hour cancellation policy, Final Sale Policy, Custom Copper Jewelry Service Policy, or any other applicable store policy.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at kingmansions@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once your purchase is made after 12 hours there are no refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as long as the item is not damaged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kingmansions@hotmail.com.

Note: Once your purchase has been made and by any chance you decide to want a refund, you are eligible for your refund within that 12 hour period. Any purchase you've made after 12 hours of your purchase, its non refundable.

Please carefully review this policy before completing your purchase. By placing an order with King Mansions, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation, refund, return, exchange, and custom copper jewelry service terms.

12-Hour Order Cancellation & Refund Window

King Mansions begins processing orders promptly after they are placed. Because of this, customers have 12 hours from the time an order is placed and payment is successfully received to request cancellation of their order.

If you wish to cancel your purchase and request a refund, you must contact King Mansions at kingmansions@hotmail.com within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

• Email address associated with the order
• Reason for requesting cancellation

If an eligible cancellation request is received and approved within the 12-hour cancellation window, the order may be canceled and the applicable payment refunded.

The 12-hour cancellation period begins when your order is placed and payment is successfully received by King Mansions. It does not begin when your order is shipped or delivered.

All Sales Are Final After 12 Hours

Once the 12-hour cancellation period has expired, all sales are final.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, King Mansions does not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges after the 12-hour cancellation period for buyer-preference reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchasing
• No longer wanting or needing the merchandise
• Selecting an incorrect size or length
• Selecting an incorrect quantity
• Ordering the wrong item
• Personal preference
• Disliking the style, appearance, fit, or feel of the merchandise after receiving it

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, sizes, lengths, quantities, colors, materials, shipping information, and other applicable product details before completing their purchase.

Please make sure you are satisfied with your selections before submitting payment.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Our Final Sale Policy does not prevent customers from contacting King Mansions if an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Copper Tarnishing & Natural Discoloration

Copper is a naturally reactive metal. Over time, copper jewelry may darken, tarnish, oxidize, or develop a natural patina as it reacts with air, moisture, perspiration, natural skin oils, lotions, soaps, cosmetics, and other substances.

Some customers may also notice temporary green or bluish-green discoloration on their skin after wearing copper jewelry. This can occur as a result of the natural reaction between copper and moisture or substances present on the skin.

Green discoloration on the skin does not, by itself, mean that the copper jewelry is fake or defective.

Natural tarnishing, oxidation, patina, and temporary skin discoloration are characteristics that may occur with copper jewelry and are not, by themselves, considered manufacturing defects or grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Custom Copper Jewelry Cleaning Service

King Mansions may offer a paid cleaning service for qualifying custom copper jewelry originally purchased from kingmansions.store.

Eligible merchandise may include:

• Custom copper bracelets
• Custom copper rings
• Custom copper earrings
• Other qualifying custom copper jewelry approved by King Mansions

Customers must contact King Mansions and receive prior approval and authorization before sending any jewelry to us.

Cleaning services are not automatically included with the original purchase of the jewelry and are subject to an additional cleaning/service fee.

Custom Copper Cleaning Prices May Vary

Prices for custom copper jewelry cleaning services may vary.

The price charged for cleaning a custom copper bracelet, custom copper ring, custom copper earrings, or other qualifying custom copper jewelry may depend on factors including:

• Type of jewelry
• Size and construction of the piece
• Condition of the jewelry
• Amount or severity of tarnishing or oxidation
• Level of cleaning or restoration required
• Labor or other services necessary to complete the cleaning

Because each piece may require a different level of service, King Mansions does not guarantee one standard cleaning price for all custom copper jewelry.

The applicable cleaning/service fee will be communicated to the customer and must be agreed upon before the approved cleaning service is performed.

Cleaning or restoration does not guarantee that jewelry can be restored to its exact original appearance. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, wear, finish, construction, and other characteristics of the jewelry.

Prior Authorization Is Required Before Sending Jewelry

Do not mail, ship, deliver, or otherwise send tarnished custom copper jewelry to King Mansions without first contacting us and receiving confirmation and authorization.

Customers must contact kingmansions@hotmail.com and receive applicable service instructions, approval, cleaning fees, and shipping information before sending their custom copper jewelry to King Mansions.

Merchandise sent to King Mansions without prior confirmation and authorization will not be accepted for cleaning or servicing.

Simply mailing or delivering an item to a King Mansions address does not constitute authorization and does not create an obligation for King Mansions to clean, repair, service, store, process, or return unauthorized merchandise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, King Mansions is not responsible for unauthorized merchandise that becomes lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise cannot be properly identified or processed because the required authorization procedure was not followed.

Customers should never send custom copper jewelry to King Mansions until they have received confirmation and instructions from us.

Shipping Costs for Approved Custom Copper Cleaning

For an approved custom copper jewelry cleaning service, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs in both directions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of safely shipping the authorized custom copper jewelry to King Mansions.

After the approved cleaning service has been completed, the customer is also responsible for the applicable cost of shipping the cleaned jewelry from King Mansions back to the customer.

Any applicable cleaning/service fees and return-shipping charges must be paid according to the instructions provided by King Mansions before the merchandise is returned to the customer.

We recommend using an appropriate trackable shipping service when sending authorized jewelry to King Mansions.

Rose Gold-Finished or Rose Gold-Plated Copper Jewelry

Rose gold-finished and rose gold-plated copper jewelry is not eligible for King Mansions' custom copper jewelry cleaning service.

King Mansions does not provide cleaning or restoration services intended to restore worn, faded, tarnished, discolored, or deteriorated rose gold plating or finishing.

Normal wear, fading, tarnishing, oxidation, discoloration, or deterioration of a rose gold finish does not, by itself, qualify the merchandise for a refund, return, or exchange.

Customers who wish to replace qualifying rose gold-finished or rose gold-plated copper jewelry because of normal tarnishing, fading, or deterioration may contact King Mansions regarding the purchase of a replacement item.

10%–15% Rose Gold Replacement Purchase Discount

For qualifying rose gold-finished or rose gold-plated copper jewelry originally purchased from King Mansions, an eligible customer may qualify for a 10%–15% discount toward the purchase of a replacement item when the original item's finish has experienced normal tarnishing, fading, or deterioration.

The exact discount within the 10%–15% range will be determined by King Mansions based on the item and circumstances.

To qualify for consideration, the customer must:

• Have originally purchased the qualifying item from King Mansions
• Contact King Mansions before purchasing the replacement
• Provide the original order information or other requested proof of purchase
• Provide photographs of the jewelry if requested
• Follow the applicable King Mansions policies and instructions
• Receive confirmation and approval of the discount from King Mansions before placing the replacement order

The discount cannot be applied retroactively to a replacement purchase that has already been completed.

The replacement discount is a customer-service accommodation for qualifying purchases and is subject to verification and approval by King Mansions.

Unless otherwise specifically stated by King Mansions, the discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used as a refund for the original purchase.

Important Final-Sale Notice

Customers have 12 hours from the time their order is placed and payment is successfully received to request cancellation and an applicable refund.

This may include approved custom copper bracelets, custom copper rings, custom copper earrings, and other qualifying custom copper pieces.

Cleaning-service prices may vary depending upon the type and condition of the jewelry and the amount of cleaning or restoration required.

Customers are responsible for applicable cleaning/service fees and shipping costs in both directions.

King Mansions does not provide cleaning or restoration services for rose gold-finished or rose gold-plated copper chains, bracelets, or other rose gold-finished jewelry.

All custom copper cleaning services require prior authorization. Customers must contact King Mansions and receive confirmation, service instructions, applicable fees, and shipping information before sending any tarnished custom copper jewelry to us.

Do not ship, mail, or deliver custom copper jewelry to King Mansions without prior authorization. Unauthorized merchandise will not be accepted for cleaning or servicing.
